Super godmoddy genius powers go!
Rinali's powers are a little complex, so I'll do my best to provide an explanation. Here there be SPOILERS.
Dressing Room
In the Dressing Room, she is taken from before the Big Damn Movie. Rinali is a genius of epic proportions, at 14 she was at the top of her college graduate classes and complaining that it was moving too slowly for her. She's also psychic, this used to be more subtle when she was younger, but after the Alliance messed with her, her abilities have surfaced and become a lot more pronounced. Because of her being a psychic genius girl, she got sent to the Academy, which was not a special genius school like they claimed to be. They experimented on her and drove her insane so they could get the most out of her psychic abilities.
With her psychic abilities, she can predict the future, sometimes she's very clear with what she sees and it's understandable, sometimes she starts singing about it in nursery rhymes and talking in complex metaphors that make no sense. She can also read minds, she can read your thoughts and see your past, and anything you're going to do, which is very useful in a fight. However, she has very little control over these abilities. The Academy completely removed the amygdala from her brain, which acts as a filter for emotions. She can never fully gain control over her powers, because she's had the part of her brain that deals with control scraped out of her brain. She's getting better with it thanks to Komui, who is a doctor in her world and has been working on a cure, but he's not in the Dressing Room at current, ans she still has. Bits of her brain. Scraped out. So yeah.
Another thing Rinali is exceptionally good at (that I am not )= ) is mind fuckery. If you ever threaten her friends, she becomes very dangerous. You do not want the crazy psychic trained soldier mad at you, she knows exactly what to say to make you scared and doubtful of yourself, and if you give her a gun she can kill you with maths. There is a scene in Firefly which I will describe if you can't be bothered to load the video. The crew is getting attacked, she's alone with Kaylee!Allen, who's scared and won't fire a gun, so runs and hides. There are three men firing at them, under cover, and Rinali manages to shoot them all, one shot for each of them with limited cover, while she's looking the other way.
EDIT: After an unfortunate body switching incident, Lenalee's mind has been restored and healed dramatically. She has her amygdala back, so has better control over her psychic powers, but she still has to relearn control and is still quite insane. She won't be as bad with the getting stuck in peoples heads, she can shut them out but it may take a while.

On the D.Gray Islands, she has been canon updated to after the Big Damn Movie, in which spoilers come into play. The Academy trained her to have super special godmodey fighting powers, which were locked away in her head due to various circumstances. This training gets unlocked in the movie, leading to her slaughtering an entire bar full of gangsters. She mostly has control over these murderous impulses now, but if you threaten anyone she cares about she will kill you so dead. She slaughters the entire race of evil cannibal monsters in her world in about ten minutes because they shot her brother. Her insanity issues have been resolved a bit, she's a little more sane after the movie, but it will still take a long time for her to fully recover.
