(+) the crop and coloring of the image is well done; the dash of red fits nicely; the tiny text on both sides adds a nice touch.
(+) reallly lovely coloring, great composition!

(-) coloring is strange, looks like the bottom of the image is on fire
(-) The tinytext doesn't help to enhance the icon, but detracts from it.
