Last Book Bought: For myself, for pleasure, How To Live Safely in a Science Fictional Universe by Charles Yu - bloody gorgeous it was, too. The actual last book I bought was a birthday gift for one of MIss M's friends, The Manga Artist's Workbook by Christopher Hart.
Last Book Read: The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks by Rebecca Skloot, a sensitive biography of the woman whose cells (known as HeLa) have provided the foundation on which a lot of modern molecular biology and cell biology rests.
Last Movie Seen in Theatres: Tangled. I don't get to see too many things rated above PG13 in the theatres these days. ::g::
Last Movie Rented: Up in the Air. It was very good, and had George Clooney in it. Shirtless. But it wasn't good just because of that. Honest!
Last Swear Word Uttered: 'Hell and blast and damn!', as I tripped over boots on my way out the door this morning.
Last Beverage Drunk: The extremely strong Scottish Breakfast tea I am consuming now.
Last Food Consumed: Oatmeal with blueberries (Ye canna be a Scot if ye dinna et teh porridge).
Last Crush: Benedict Cumberbatch, if we're talking real people. Yowza. What that impish smile does to his face makes me giddy.
