(no subject)
Friday was about the saddest night ever. It was the 4th quater, 16 seconds left, 4th down, 18 to 20 (Acadiana in the lead) and Catholic had the ball. They decided to go for a touchdown, so they throw it and Acadiana intercepted. Then all the seniors just started crying because that meant it was our last game ever. I'm pretty sad that we're not going to the dome this weekend. I don't think Catholic will get this close to going to the Dome in while. So now I have no Bruinette practice until after the holidays, but we'll just have practice twice a week for an hour.
Saturday was pretty fun. Things didn't work out exactly as I wanted to, but I still had fun. I went to Natchitoches to visit Mandi and for the Christmas Fest. We went to the parade and made fun of Miss Merry Christmas because she's Jewish. Then we went to the fireworks and light show. That was pretty cool. It was really crowded, but it was fun. We hung out at Mandi's and then decided to go home.
Today I went to chuch, then Nannie and her kids came over. I played with them for a while. My brother had to cook supper for his homework, and we had to eat as a family. We never do that anymore, and it was pretty awkward.
I have so much school stuff to do, but I just keep finding other things to do. After being back for more than a week, I finally uploaded all of my New York pictures. Only 3 weeks left until the Christmas holidays (2 weeks of regular classes and 4 days of Midterms). I can't wait! I really should go work on my ballet project now...goodbyeee!
