My dad was a career navy man, and his father got an eye shot out in France during World War II. Dad never pushed me into the military...maybe its because he knew all too well that I wasn't very good at following orders. Having grown up in military culture, though, I understand that the men and women who elect to serve... are some of the best and brightest America have to offer. I salute you all on this veterans' day.
