I'm sick, tada! ): I kind of hate it because I'm not earning money & I heard office is really busy today. Being sick while I'm still schooling is quite :) but being sick while I'm out in the working world (well at least for temp staffs like me who are hourly paid), well, it comes with a $cost$. I'm going to end work soon, and I'm really very happy about it. Just a few more day before I finally leave my mundance, not very relaxing & 9am to 10pm job. Work has been extremely tiring the past few days. Just that I'll miss the people at work, like Joycie & Dee S & Dee Z & Mr Luke. Oh, Dee Z & Dee S can be unbelievably annoying. Haha. But actually work would be quite boring without them (Shut up Dee Z if you're reading this & don't smile). It's kind of fun to annoy them & be irritating too, just like how I bet they find such immense pleasure in being irritating as well. Ya ya ya, right? (:
Soccer:
So I watched Italy vs Spain. It was quite, i don't know. SO SPAIN WON. And I'm happy, I really am :) I felt that Spain really deserved to win this. I could just see their jubilant faces when the last penalty by Fabregas flewww in. Haha. Partly because of the '88 years not having beat Italy' thing, quite sad huh. Anyway both teams played really well. It's not that Italy didn't deserve to win. It's just that Spain played attack & Italy played defense throughout, 2 totally different things. It was quite surprising that Spain won on penalties. But although Italy played brilliant defense, I somehow found myself hoping Spain would score (though I'm still Italy's supporter). Maybe it's like, I felt that winning wouldn't have meant as much to Italy as it would have to Spain :) Anyway, I like both teams & I love Italy haha, Biased right and though I'm happy that Spain won, I still wish I could watch Italy play in the semis and finals. There's just something about the Italian soccer team that makes me happy :) It's like watching them play is just different from watching other teams play.
Alrights, anyway so sorry clique & foldies. My camera has no battery which means no photos again! Alright and I think it's time to update about 11 to 15 June now.
11 June:
Had a nice little picnic with the foldies at Toa Payoh Garden/Park :) Haha, funny right. They sort of 'surprised' me with hand made sushi (: And we just ate & took photos & played cards & talked a little. And then joined my family for dinner at Kuishinbo :) It was a pleasant birthday eve dinner haha. Went shopping with dee at amk hub after that & we both got bags (: Then I went home and on my door was this 'Welcome Home Birthday Beewee' sign and my room was balloonified and decorated with my soft toys! YAY haha and I saw two presents on the floor, one from dee (which actually I chose myself & forced her to wrap) & one from my brother. And I was a happy girl :) And I bet dee was surprised to see a present on the floor for her too (from my mother). So we just washed up & watched Full House till 12am and then IT WAS HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! Haha, dee made me go through this adventure of the 5 senses thing where she recorded a birthday song that she played on the piano for me and made me sing along & dance to it ;D Haha, and then she presented me with a B&J Strawberry Cheesecake icecream, which I'd been bugging her to buy for a few days, and she gave me a 1 min massage & yeah, it was fun :) And I was happyyyyyyyy. So we slept at 2 plus I think.
12 June:
A funny way to spend my birthday morning was to think of how to apply for the PAssion card so that we 5 could get into Night Safari for free. So we called up CCs and went online and called up PAssion and we finalllyyyyy found out how to apply for the PAssion card membership. So then dee & I went to puss' house (and took a little look at Xabi, such a big boy now) and then we went to the CC to apply for PAssion cards :D Haha, brilliant. Lianzy couldn't make it for my birthday lunch so we 3 met Lame at NYNY and ate ate ate (: And then we made our way to EastCoast to blade. I wouldn't know whether to call it good or bad or horrendous or tiring or fun. Anyway it was just like that. Should have cycled la :) But I still enjoyed myself at the breakwaters and stuff. Exercise is good for me! Ate NZ Natural's icecream and then met Lianzy at amk hub after that, and clique gave me a bag (again!) -> That's my 3rd bag as a birthday present. Then we took a bus to Night Safari. Haha, finally :) NIght Safari was quite fun la, I like the Lion :D Haha. The Creatures of the Night was not bad, and so was the tram ride. :)
13 June:
Parents went off to church camp, started my 4 night stay at dee's house. DIdn't do anything much on 13th. Oh went to the doctor for my sinus thing & ate apple strudel breakfast with dee, followed by a trip to Thomson Plaza for grocery shopping HAHAHA. We made an appointment with Amore for aromatherapy at night as well. Anyway, we cooked lunch (so nice right) & watched tv & cleaned up dee's house. Then we went to Novena & Cityhall to buy our birthday jackets ;) Nice adidas jackets (though now I feel like owning at Italy one). Came home at took some dinner before going for our highlight of the day: Aromatherapy :) We were brought to this room to shower and then brought to a steam bath place for 30 mins :) Then we bathed and got massaged for 1 hr using some cool oil in a dark dark room :) It was shiok. Haha. Then back home to more Full House. I loved 13th June. Then it was my turn to countdown for dee's birthday. At 11.45 I chased her out of the room and put up a bigbig banner on her wall with many Doraemon pictures. Then I brought in the 3 slices of cake which we bought together and at 12, I wished her a simple & happy birthday. It was really nice hahaha.
14 June:
Oh happy birthday dee haha. We watched 5 episodes of Full House. Until like 1 i think. And then I made dee come over to my house to swim for 15 mins while Lame & Puss went to her house to give her a surprise. So after swimming and after we went back, dee was greeted by Lame & Puss & her new hamster XIAOMING! Haha. Surprise surprise :) It was quite fun & amusing. We watched some movie & Lame slept cos she was sick. After that Lianzy came and we made our way to dinner at Dempsey Hill's PS Cafe :) Dinner was nice & expensive BAAAA. And then the highlight of our night, KBOX :D Hahaha. We kboxed from 8 to 11pm and went highhhhh :D I love kboxing with clique, it's so fun, and we chose so many songs we had to skip most of them at the end. And we ended off we a nice HAPPY BIRTHDAY SONG. The recordings of kbox were hilarious.
15 June:
Church, then lunch with cg at ps. We watched KungFu Panda. Quite funny & cute lar :) And then I went back, watched Full House with Dee & then we went to watch 7plus movie again, Prince Caspian. So hot, but I thought he would have been the focus of the show. And then it was back to work for the next whole week :X
I like Italy's sexy white jacket. Haha.
