Watson walks the chamber up and down, wringing his hands nervously, while Holmes, concentrating on his work, chuckles lightly.
"Calm down, my dear friend. I am almost finished."
"I never thought you could actually sew, Holmes," Watson says nervously, checking his clock once more.
"Just enough to be able to make a few adjustments to my disguises," Holmes answers as he closes the tear on Watson's jacket. "Ah, there we are."
He gives the jacket a shake and looks closely at the new seam. "Mrs. Hudson would most likely scold you for wearing something like this, but for today it will do."
Holmes helps Watson into the jacket and then lays his hands on his nervous friend's shoulders. "Relax, Watson, everything is going to be okay."
Watson laughs lowly, a slight blush covering his cheeks as he covers one of Holmes' hands with his own. "What would I do without you, Holmes?"
Holmes smiles a bit sadly, before he turns Watson around and pushes him through the door.
"We are going to find out, I guess," he murmurs lowly so no one can hear, before they stride into the church and to the waiting Mary Morstan.
