School started, and my classes aren't too bad. Some of my classes like health and gym are with juniors, but LUCKILY they are also with our oboe player, and we best friends now :D haha maybe not exactly, but I'm liking it. Like just now she called so I could send her some manuscript paper for our Music Theory class. Good stuff.

BREAK IT DOWN: class size style.

Jazz chorale: 30-some; Chorus: A LOT. Like over 40.
Music theory: 6
College English: 7
Health: Not sure, maybe around 20.
Lunch: In the band room now, maybe 10-15, which is a lot actually.
French: 5, plus random visitors.
Gym: about 15 in the sport I took this quarter.
+band and random study halls.

So I've got polar opposites as far as class sizes go, basically. College English isn't that bad, but I feel like the lady isn't exactly sure what's she's doing. My dad already doesn't like her, which isn't surprising because he teaches the exact same course. Woo. Theory's cool, because my band director teaches it, and jazz chorale's iffy because my seat got moved plus I still feel like I suck as a soprano. Health isn't as bad as everyone said it was last year, but I haven't had a test yet, so maybe that's why. I love our French class <3 and I haven't actually done any archery yet in gym. However, Oboist has a scab and black and blue marks already from just one day, so that's a bit concerning.
