Dead Man Walking opened last night. Sister Helen Prejean and the composer Jake Heggie were there. The cast did a great job, and I think the performance was well-received...
I woke up when my roommate decided to use our microwave.... which is right next to the head of my bed. Waking up to the screech of a microwave sucks (especially considering I was out late at the reception after the show). Anyway, now I'm just waiting for the music library to open so I can do a big Italian diction assignment. Darn Handel and his boring opera Xerxes!
