Yay! This week, we finished the vast majority of the painting: three bedrooms, a bathroom, and touching up another bathroom and several other rooms and hallways. They look soooooooooooooooooo much better. I would love to post before and after pictures so you can see the difference... but, as usually happens, I'll probably never get around to it.

If I ever find the moron who painted my house, I will personally string them up by their toenails and smack them once with a wet paintbrush for each stupid mistake they made. ...it'll take a while.
