Apple pie...
...not as easy as advertised.
It's Fall. I don't give a damn what the thermometer says - the leaves are on the ground, the only daylight I see is to and from work, pumpkins are everywhere, and apple cider is in the grocery stores. It's FALL by golly, and you can't tell my baked-good-craving body otherwise.
...that, and we had a bag of wrinkly little apples that I couldn't force myself to throw out. :-D
