Dropped a 50lb stage weight on my thumb today. Scraped some skin off and got a fairly big bruise, which wasn't too bad. Also cracked the nail, which is worse 'cause aside from sending major pain signals every time I shift/touch the thumb the wrong way it doesn't seem to want to stop bleeding. It's been going at a slow-but-steady trickle since about 3:30 this afternoon, and I'm kind of wary of going to bed because I'd rather not wake to find it's soaked through the dressing and now I've got bloody bedding to deal with. >_>
