Well ... there's not much I can say because he's basically an unknown. I am very disappointed with the choice - I was hoping for a character actor to give the part an edge, and we get handed an ingenu. And at the rate the ages are dropping, Twelve is going to be a teenager.
He'd better be a bloody good actor because I already have my suspicions of RTD's casting methods, and I don't want them confirmed.
Meh, I think I'll just re-watch Chris Eccleston's episodes instead of S5.
