Writing Update - September (Not)
Oh dear. Barely a couple of hundred words and nothing finished or even near finished. I did manage quite a few non-writing things, like sewing stuff for a charity and playing vintage video games and catching up on some reading, but that's about all. I'd like to say that I'll do better this month but ... I know me.
One thing I did accomplish today was getting a small cheap laser printer so that I can resume printing out my drafts and working out where to move chunks that need to be moved -- I've tried doing it on the computer but it's very difficult. I'm an analogue girl, I need the paper and lots of coloured pens in front of me. If I were really sensible I'd pull out the old notebooks I used to use for first drafts and carry them around with me. Maybe I should embark on a coffee house crawl over the summer so that things actually get done.
