Happy (belated) AO3 anniversary
I joined AO3 on 15th July 2009 (I was given a beta account as part of the Geocities rescue project) so I've just passed my fifth anniversary there. The first fic I uploaded there was my hobbit fic "Feasts, Feuds and Frolics" which had been posted to my Geocities page and also to a Merry/Pippin Yahoo group.
As with my other two anniversaries this year (ten years for LJ in March and five years for DW in May) I have a new fic. This is the first of the Supernatural sentinel stories (it's actually the second one I started but the Cas/Dean angstorama is proving to be a tough narrative to wrangle). I'll post it shortly.
In the meantime, SGA has had its tenth anniversary which is making me feel very guilty that I haven't done much work on part two of the Vegas-verse fic. I will get it done eventually, I promise (maybe the con in August will help to stimulate the little grey cells). Someone linked me to an entry in hewlett_daily that completely explains my current single status and made me laugh far too much.
