Interview #2
Second interview = wonderfulness! I don't know what it was but they seemed more receptive to what I was saying and asked me more personal questions (like what I got out of my experiences at NMU, and in Alaska; why I choose the universities I did, etc.). I feel like in answering those questions I became a lot more comfortable in talking to them and also really let them see me as a person...and if I'm not mistaken, I think they liked what they heard :) I was just really on the ball and hope they consider me for a face to face interview and offer me the job :o) But, all in due time; I have two weeks to wait regardless of the job, but hopefully I'll hear from them sooner than later. I know I haven't been on the search long, but I'm really hoping and praying that one of these jobs is it....
