I already posted this on my
design related blog, but I thought I'd post this here, too.
The premise is simple. Marisa, a 30-ish year old woman who was born in NY and now lives in Cali, will do no traditional clothes shopping for a whole year.
She will instead buy an item each day from an op-shop (thrift store). Her annual budget will be only $365 for the clothes, too.
Sound hard?
She's doing okay so far, and she's up to Day 132.
You can check it out
on her wordpress.
I have to admit, I wouldn't be caught dead in
some of her stuff, but some of it is
genuinely inspired.
