Hi guys! Time for another production by the Cardiff Players.
'Blue Remembered Hills' by Dennis Potter. Has done the rounds on tv before, but just in case here's the blurb:

'Set in the Forest of Dean on a summer afternoon in 1943, Blue Remembered Hills follows a group of 7 year olds (all played by adults) as they fight, play, argue, bully and laugh until a tragice event brings their world crashing down around them.'

Those that go can expect to see me trussed up as a wee bairn complete with shorts and slingshot. Also of note is the lovely Katy Bellamy helping as prompt, which has been an absolute lifesaver in rehearsals:
Alan "Ummm, line?"
Katy "Vrooooooom-vroom, krakow p-pew krakash."
Alan "Thanks!"

Showing at the Mike Barlow YMCA Theatre in Cardiff, doors open 7.30pm 27th February - 1st March (Wed-Sat). Tickets can be booked at www.cardiffplayers.org and/or purchased at the door. Let me know if anyone needs further details.

Hope to see you all soon!
