Why the fuck do all my brilliant ideas come around 2am? It's like Cami going insane around 2am. It doesn't make sense, but that's the way it happens.
So I need some advice on this idea! I'll never follow it through just as I never follow through on any of my brilliant ideas but I'd like to hear whether my imaginary production would ever have stood a chance.
So I was talking to Paul about nightlife, and reminiscing about all the times me and Cami and various other people on adventures in NYC. We would be so spontaneous then. "What do you wanna do? I dunno, I've always wanted to go to a cabaret." 2am, and we're standing in a cabaret, 3am, I'm on stage getting horse-whipped by some lady and winning a free drink because I didn't flinch when she hit me.
I mean come on, we had some crazy times.
But what will happen when I move upstate? There isn't as much of a choice up there as there is down here, for nightlife. More importantly, I don't have Cami. Cami was why we did so many things, because before her, my life was hardly that interesting. But I still miss it, and it'd be nice to do something completely different every once in a while. So I was talking about all the possibilities (comedy bars, kareoke bars, so on) and came up with a brilliant idea.
If you haven't been paying attention before this point, this is where you pay attention.
Some of us aren't the social butterflies we want to be, and lets face it, you're reading this because you're an internet consumer. You're on a lot, maybe at work, maybe at home, maybe both. That may mean that you don't get out a lot, and you're not as good with talking to people in real life as you are online. Get that feeling? Well do I have a night club for you!
People love cyber cafes. Great place to hang out, do your work, have a coffee or a snack, maybe meet people too. But what's the downfall of cyber cafes? They close. (At least, some do.) What will you do all night? Go home and play Survival Guide.
OR!
Come to Cyber Club, the night club that's actually a cyber cafe! Dimmed lights, dance floor, live bands, an open bar, lots of people having fun and getting drunk.. with one addition.
LOTS OF COMPUTERS!
Yessir folks, at the Cyber Club you can sit at your table and be served exotic drinks while chatting in the Club's chatroom or play with others at the club using the game console. Flirt, meet, discuss, anything you want, with the constant option of going "Yeah, I'm the one in the red shirt waving, come say hi!" You know how much easier it is to talk to people online than it is in real life. Why not use that capability to expand your social life in a better way than making friends from other states? These are people you can actually go out and do something with! IMAGINE THAT!
Well anyway, that's my idea. I wish I could open one. I think it would be so much fun having computers at a night club. You'd be able to talk to so many more people than you normally would have. Of course, it involves you being brave enough to at least join the chatroom conversations. If you're not, then, at least you're playing games with new people and your parents don't think you're stuck in your room all day.
ALL IN ALL I WISH IT WAS A REAL PLACE.
