As for SasuHina being too angsty...well, it depends on what time frame you're looking at (I admit, post-timeskip Sasuke is a bit...=__=). The fanfic below, though, is enough to prove that SasuHina stories don't have to be angsty, and in fact can be pretty darn funny.

4) Maria really existed. She was Eggman's cousin, and she had some immune deficiency with no cure (I believe that's why she lived far from Earth). She and Shadow were canonically like brother and sister, I guess. But I can perfectly imagine them as a couple, too. A cute one, btw. That was way before Shadow turned into a dark, tortured character.
13) I liked the fic, thank you! ^_^ The guy always get accidentaly on top of the girl, but that's a good clichè, anyway... XD Many pairings turn possible by the hands of a good writer. Fanarts are beautiful, but only words have the power to make you believe in a non-canon pairing. Oh, and I want old Sasuke back... T_T He was so cool before all this Orochimaru mess...

About the KakaSaku fic, it's pretty interesting, too. Naruto is a manga/anime filled with lonely people. Like I said about SasuHina... there's a lot of good couples only waiting to be properly developed.
13) If only Kishimoto realized how OOC post-timeskip Sasuke is. Even at the end of part one of the manga, Sasuke was still worth something. Now...you know. -___-
17) He's so wrapped up in revenge that he doesn't even care to think about how he's going to do it. Even Sasuke at least plans out how he will get there, even if it's a crummy plan.
