Rohan's birthday
Rohan turned 5 on Thursday! We didn't do much that day since he had school and we had work, but we had dinner at Applebee's at his request. I know he's still little, but he looks like such a big boy now. I think he's matured in the last few months, he's changed. It probably has to do with Harper and him being a big brother now. It was difficult for him to adjust to this new situation at first, but now he's wonderful with her. He's very protective of her. It's just great to see how that sibling bond is starting to form.
We're having a party for him tomorrow. It's been a bit stressing putting it all together but I'm sure it's going to be worth it.
On his actual birthday we had a couple of friends come over and one of my friends and I made a chocolate cake for him. I don't consider myself a particularly good cook, but I'm usually not too bad. I have a bad experience with cakes though. But it turned out well! Although I must admit my friend did most of the work. ;)
