(no subject)
I've been home for exactly a week and I am already waiting to leave. I feel smothered but I am sure that when I do leave, I'm going to miss home and want to come back. I think about 3-5 days in Houston is all anyone really needs. Hmph.
I bought a pretty pair of earrings at Target today. This is what I do--I shop when I come to Houston to drown my sorrows and excessive boredom. There is really nothing else to do. I'm almost wishing that I had some sort of paper to write or work to do. Almost, but not quite.
I need some yarn; my fingers are itching to knit. I finished my sweater (minus the buttonholes) so I need to find something new to do. I saw an awesome turquoise lacy sweater in Stitch n' Bitch but I don't have enough money to buy yarn to make it, I don't think. I'll just have to settle for a scarf or the like. Being poor sucks. I'm going to try to avoid that when I become a grown-up. If that ever happens.
Well, off to watch The L Word and lay amongst the filth in my room.
