21st birthday weekend!!
Friday
The morning was enrolment time. I thought it would take like half the day, like last year, but it actually only took 25 minutes, lol. So this was all done and dusted fairly quickly except that I took the wrong finance form with me and so I'll have to take the right one into uni with me tomorrow (couldn't be arsed to do it today, lol). I went home for a bit after that, watched Neighbours and stuff, before heading back into Manchester to meet AK off his bus. AK and I then waited ages for a bus, before finally getting back. Then we watched anime, played Singstar and I played Kingdom Hearts cos AK told me how to beat Hercules, woohoo!!
Adrian got back at about 8pm and we headed out to Tesco to get food in for the weekend. When we got back we cooked up a chicken stir-fry but then realised we forgot the noodles so AK and I went down to the Tesco Express to get some. After dinner I played more Kingdom Hearts and then mum, SJ and Henry arrived. Shortly after their arrival AK, SJ and I went into town to get Scott from the train station. His train eventually got in at midnight and then we had to wait ages for a bus. So we got back at gone 1am. Everyone was still up. I think some Guitar Hero was played and then we eventually went to bed, lol.
Saturday
We all got up in fairly decent time. More Guitar Hero was played, breakfast was eaten. Mum, Adrian and Henry went out first, we eventually followed suit and made our way into town. The first port of call was food cos SJ was 'starving', lol. We tried the food court but it was packed. Then we walked round for ages and eventually decided on a Subway that was nearly empty, lol. After lunch we went to Travelling Man, where we aquired a Henry, lol. Then we went to Forbidden Planet and Afflecks Palace. Carmel joined up with us for a few minutes here, but she left fairly quickly as she was kanckered, having taken part in the anti-war march thingy. We went to HMV and then got the bus back. We had some pizza and played even more Guitar Hero and then got ready to go out.
We left the house at about half 8 ish in the end. I had a big flashing 21 badge on, hehe. We went to Font first, where we met Carmel and Anna, and had a couple of drinks in there, and some photos:

Then we wandered on until we got to Fab, where I had a chatter to the bouncers (they thought we had an orange theme going on and had to have us put them straight on it cos they took bets about people's themes, haha). Here we had a drink (and an orange lolli-pop!!), before moving on again. We eventually found Baa Bar and I chatted to the bouncers on the door again, lol. Here we did a few shots cos they do em for a £1 each. Then we went downstairs and got another drink and Scott got freaked out by the uni-sex toilets XD We also had some more photos:

We then left there and headed down the road a little way until we got to Satan's Hollow (somewhere I'd not been to before). I had a chatter with the bouncers again. They wanted to see some i.d. despite my big badge, but it was alright in the end cos I got in for free, heheh! Satan's is an awesome little club. It has a devil overshadowing the dj box with red glowing eyes and also a seating area that is done out like a graveyard. All very cool! They also played some top notch music, though they didn't play Hard-Fi, even though I requested it with a big notice that it was a birthday request, booo. Lots of dancing was done and plenty of poking each other when Bang Bang You're Dead came on, heheh. Oh and one song, can't remember which, made me go all ghetto with Scott's hat, hehe:

It shut up at 3am, so we crossed the street and got chips/burgers/kebabs at a take-away. Then we caught the bus back, after saying buy to Carmel and Anna, eventually getting in at 4am, where we all literally collapsed, haha.
Sunday
We all got up eventually and had breakfast. Then there was much lazing around by the tv, showering and stuff. Then Carmel turned up and we had an awesome buffet lunch that mum and Adrian spent ages preparing. After that I blew out the candles on my gorgeous homemade cake (chocolate fudge marble cake, mm). Then I opened my presents, which included an orange Creative Zen (8gb <3), a touchlamp (just awesome!), a build-a-bear dog with a denim jacket (from Henry, bless), Kiki's Delivery Service, Laputa: Castle in the Sky and a Doctor Who poster from Scott, Fruits Basket manga 8 from Carmel, plus a Billy Whizz card!!, and the awesomeist homemade card from Shabz ever. It is just the bestest thing ever *sends much love to Shabz*.
After present opening we played Singstar for a bit until mum, SJ and Henry had to leave to make the long journey home. We then watched episode one of the Bleach dub on youtube, just for laughs, lol. Then at about 7pm we caught the bus into town. Carmel left us on Oxford Road cos she had a gig to go to. I dropped Scott off at the train station first and then said goodbye to AK at Chorlton St. bus station. Then I got caught up in a police excort XD A cop on a bike stopped in the middle of a crosswords and yelled for everyone 'to stay where they were!!', was quite scary at first but then I realised it was cos there was an escort of 3 black cars coming down the road. I assume they were some of Tony Blairs minions, lol. After that I caught the bus back and went online for a bit before bed.
Phew! I'm finally done. What a monster of a write-up, lol. I had a great time and love everyone to bits who have wished me happy birthday/hung out with me at the weekend/made the weekend so special/etc., lol.
