Update + ickle photos
Um...quick rl update and a couple of little photos.
Yesterday I went to my Europe in Turmoil lecture and then sat in the computer room for an hour and a half trying to find academic reviews for 5 different books about persecution (fun stuff). I then went to the library and eventually managed to find one of these books. So now I have to skim read said book (it doesn't even have any pictures ;_; ) and then I have to write a review about it, bah. This has to be in on the 20th, which is waaay too soon (gap year has made me lazy). I went and got food afterwards in this Halal chicken place opposite the uni. Not somewhere I would go again in a hurry but meh, me and Jen were hungry, heh. I spent most of the evening reading fanfiction, haha.
Today I went to my Europe in Turmoil seminar and couldn't concentrate properly at all cos my tutor just reminds me of Stuart from Queer as Folk waaay too much, even though he's not gay (he mentioned a female other half, of some sort, so meh). Then I had my Persecution lecture which was boring as hell. The guy sitting n front of me even fell asleep XD Then I went and got some food from the union's shop and then I went to Forbidden Planet (even though I was meant to go straight home and work on my book review >.>). I erm...kinda sorta bought an Ed Elric (movie version) plushie, cos he just literally stared at me pleading to be bought (I'm serious!) There were three Roy plushies and only one Ed and I swear the Roy's were ganging up on him so I saved him by buying him (is totally making up excuses for spending out the money >.>). Anyways, a front and back view picture of the gorgeous plushie:
He really is a gorgeous plushie. Such a high quality *huggles him* This evening I went swimming and then had dinner at S+S, lol. I didn't get any of my book review done, whoops ^^;
Oh and just cos I never posted up a pic before. Mum bought me a Man Met teddy bear and he is gorgeous too so here's a little pic:
