East Anglian Air Ambulance charity run!
So on Sunday my older brother, Matthew, and I completed the East Anglian Air Ambulance Runway Run. He did 10km and I did 5km. It was a lot of fun! Neither of us came particularly high in the overall standings of our respective distances but it's cool cause it was just awesome to be a part of it! We raised some momey for a brilliant charity and had a fun day out. We also got a goody bag and a medal as we came across the finish line! :D
Mum and Henry were also there as volunteers. Henry got to boss around a small gorup of cadets all day. They marshalled car parking first off and then were handing out water at the finish line. Mum helped at the registration tent and then was handing out goody bags at the end.
Overall it was all very worthwhile and we met loads of interesting people. I think I've raised about £140+ which is pretty good! Didn't expect to raise much cause I don't honestly know that many people, eheh. So, big thanks to anyone that either sponsored me or encouraged me (or in most cases, both!) Couldn't have done it without your support! :D
