First entry on my new laptop!
Okay, this entry is gonna pretty much be an entry of 3 parts; real life, music/tv/film, and footie. So lets crack on!
So I'm back in Manchester and feeling pretty okay again. Still confused and unsure about the future, but meh. Work's pretty crazy, as usual. Cycle change this week, so never a dull moment. Did get a couple of free James Patterson books today though (never read any of his, but never turn down free books when you're creating a ~library!). Should have a busy weekend too, seeing friends and such. Actually gonna miss the WBA game, shock horror! Nvm, will keep up with it on my phone, lol.
In other rl news...my new laptop arrived today!! Thought I was gonna have to arrange a re-delivery as nobody was supposed to be home but Adrian ended up working from home last minute, whoop! It's nice and ~shiny, although the keyboard is so different to my old laptop. Typing this is really hard 'cause I keep hitting the wrong keys ^^;
In slightly bizarre news...Lovefilm sent me Inception but it never turned up, so I reported it missing. They then sent me Let Me In and added Inception back to my rental list. I watched Let Me In and sent it back. Then Inception turns up, out of the blue. And then before I can take it off my rental list, they sent it out to me again. So now I have two copies of Inception. Lol. Royal fail Mail. Haha.
When I got back to Manc this week, this was waiting for me!:
I literally cannot stop listening to 'Vices...' been listening to it to and from work all week. Just love it! So goddamn catchy and varied and awesome! My fave tracks currently are tracks 2 and 3; Let's Kill Tonight and Hurricane. I don't care if liking Panic! makes me 12, I love this new album, lolol.
The new Doctor Who trailer!!
I am so excited, I can't even. Has it really been nearly a year since series 5?? I can't believe how fast times flies, seriously. Fish custard doesn't seem that long ago. S'gonna be awesome!! :DDD
And finally...me footie talk. Gonna lead with a pretty much irrelvant picture (well apart from Xabi is always relevant) 'cause I just watched '30 mins with Xabi Alonso' on LFC TV and he is so fine and god I still miss him being at Liverpool ;_;
So um...international break is officially over. Hooray!! No honestly, I did enjoy some of it. Dan bossing in Denmark's defense AND being captain for some of it!! England not sucking!! And Andy getting a goal the other night against Ghana!! And Lucas being awesome for Brazil against Scotland!
And it was all finished off tonight when our England bbs (U17s) beat their Spanish counterparts and made it to the U17 Euro Championship finals. Get in lads!! Go protect your trophy. Win it back!!
So we're back to domestic footie this weekend. We get a reunion with Roy Hodgson with his new team, West Brom. Pass and move v hoofing! My money is on Liverpool, lolol. Hope Suarez scores again. Everytime he scores, I buy a scratchcard with a 7 on it. Both times, thus far, I have won something on them. Hoping that 3rd time will make for a big win!! Heh.
Also, looking out for Norwich v Scunthorpe. Not sure if they'll give Dani a debut here or not. Maybe s run out near the end. Really think he'll do well at my home town club. Reckon he'll play off Grant Holt brilliantly. Really looking forward to seeing how he does. Especially since Arsenal's Henri Lansbury has blossomed on loan there this season.
Okay, think I'm done. That monster entry took forever 'causee I cannot get used to this new keyboard. I'm sure I will eventually, but damn. Sleep time now. It's late!
