Guess what I saw at the cinema this afternoon?? Lolol. It was fucking amazing! Seriously. Shocking, funny, violent, a little sad, funny, violent, KICKASS! Lol. I won't say anymore than that 'cause I don't want to spoil it at all, but just...go see it! And definitely do not take it seriously. Cause it's not meant to be, lol.
I also bought and read the graphic novel today. Waaay more different than I thought. I mean the details and stuff. But a bloody good read. Both movie and graphic novel are brilliant in their own rights.
And today was also the long awaited...
ASHES TO ASHES DAY!!
Omg episode 1 didn't disappoint! It's set up the rest of the series perfectly and I am dying to know everything. I just want to know how everything ties together, damnit. But damn, also don't want it to tie together 'cause then it'll be over. So hard to please, me.
Alex was chic as hell. I loved her outfit and new haircut and just everything! Gene is still the Gene-Genie. Absolutely hilarious! And I think the new guy has a split personality (not really but it's nicer to think that than the truth of his two-faced asshole-ness.)
Anyways, I am currently noshing into white chocolate Mikado. It is amazing! Like heaven melting in my mouth (or some such tripe). Gonna read some Sam Tyler-rific fic before I go sleep. Then it is Doctor Who day! Gonna watch EoT 1 and 2 in the build up to the Eleventh Hour. Ahhhhhh!
P.S. I bought a Star Trek t-shirt from HMV for a fiver today. It's a wee bit big though, so I think I shall be wearing it as a nightie, eheh ^^;
