That was like one big fat rollercoaster ride. Whoever would have thought a Chelsea v Liverpool tie would pan out like that? Flippin' crazy! I ate like a whole bag of Kiddie Miz Haribo 'cause I was nervous eating, and gawd do I feel sick now D:
2-0 to us in the first 30 mins and I was fucking laughing. Then they go and score twice quickly in the 2nd half. Then they score again and it's 3-2 to them and I'm fuming. Then we go and get two back in quick succession and I am literally jumping off the sofa. In fact, when our 4th went in I screeched so loudly I got told off by both mum and Henry, lol. I believed then that we'd get another and win. But then fucking Lampard has to go and score again. I hate him. And I really nearly was crying then.
So it finished 4-4 on the night, 7-5 on aggregate to Chelsea. So flippin' unfair! I hate Chelski so much. I hope Barcelona crush them in 2 weeks, which they probably will, ha!
It was a bloody entertaining match though. Jeez! One for the Champions League most memorable book, lolol. I just wonder if the result would have been different if Gerrard had been fit. He always gives Liverpool that extra drive, especially in importnat, knock-out ties. Had he been on and linked up with Torres as he always does...
Ahhh no point dwelling on it. He wasn't fit to play, he didn't play, we lost. That's the end of it. I'm very sad though ;_;
