Books do not belong in a dumpster
At work today I spent the entire day tidying the Travel section. It was awful.
Also, a most tragical thing happened.
THE PENNY STOCK WAS RIPPED UP AND THROWN IN THE SKIP. BEFORE WE GOT OUR CLAIMED BOOKS OUT. BYE BYE BATMAN GRAPHIC NOVEL *SNIFFLES*
It was truly the most horrible thing. Seeing all those books ripped to pieces and dumped in a skip. Books have feelings too you know ;_;
I am sort of over it now though. Watched Shaun of the Dead tonight (forgetting how gross it was, though it is hilariously funny, so fair do's), and am now listening to the Mamma Mia soundtrack and joyfully singing along (good thing my bedroom's on the ground floor whereas the rest are on the 2nd floor, teehee).
