I succeeded in getting up and out for my History test this morning. I even got to uni a half hour early, so sat in the refectory with a cuppa and a piece of toast, was nice. The 50 minutes whizzed by but I managed to get down everything I wanted to (apart from the part about the exploitation of the homosexuals, but that wasn't particularly relevant, just something that interested me and also pissed me off, lol). I kind of didn't really get any dissertation work done this afternoon like I was supposed to, but that's partly due to my reading fic (that just had to be read, I might add) and partly due to mum coming back and shouting at talking to me *rolls eyes* I did do some guitar practice though; the moving between chords is coming on (slowly...^^; ).
This evening I went to the cinema with Carmel and Siouan. We saw The Spiderwick Chronicles. It was pretty good! The pink fairy was the best! Also the bird-eating hobgoblin totally owned, haha. I love fantasy films, especially children's fantasy films XD Wanna see Son of Rambow next, lol.
Also while I was out this evening I bought this month's issue of Rocksound, on a whim (actually Panic are on the front >.>). The Panic interview is really good and the pics are great! I didn't realise just what Ryan had been through with his dad. Rocksound really laid the article out well and there were 6 whole pages, hee. Also the fact that it says on the first page of the interview: Panic at the Disco, and then underneath, Final Fantasy, totally made it even more awesome. Also in the reviews section they gave 'Pretty. Odd.' 9/10 and said nice things about it. It's like the first review I've read that was truthful (in my opinion). Rocksound > Kerrang, any day of the week, hah!
Okay, time to write some fanfic and then sleep. Really, like really really this time, have to work on my dissertation tomorrow *bashes head on keyboard*
