Misfits Monday :)
Well, today has been another fun, and filled with randoms, Monday. I had like 3 hours sleep last night, so um...I woke up kinda zombiefied. Even had to go eyelinerless cos my eyes were stinging from lack of sleep, bah :/ Anyways, I got to my lecture on time despite this and it was a fairly decent lecture, which finished early (bonus!). Cez and I then sat in the refectory, as usual. We talked about all manner of things, including but not limited to, vegetarianism, gay rights and religion. We also did some doodling. I drew 'scene kid' and uh...'scene chick' (two people absolutely not based on anyone, so if they look like anyone it is merely a coincidence). I even took the liberty to scan them just now, so here:

Then we had lunch (cheese and courgette quiche and loads of salad, go healthy me! :D). Then we kinda uh...skipped our seminar and went shopping >.> We both bought two cds in HMV; mine were the latest ones from Nightwish and Escape the Fate, heh. Then we went into random clothes shops in Arndale, before going to Afflecks, where Cez bought plenty and I didn't buy anything (no surprises there, since I fail at shopping, haha). We then braved it back towards uni, stupidly walking instead of busing it, since it wasn't just raining, it was actually torrential rain, lol. We stopped at the Metro cafe by Oxford Rd station cos we needed hot drinks. I stayed here til just before 4, then I said my byes to Cez and hotfooted it to the SU to meet Nicola.
Nicola and I had our usual halfs of coke/diet coke in the SU and chatted about all manner of things, until we had to make our way to anime soc (via the shop for sweets! XD). I was pretty damn hyper at the beginning of anime soc (I blame the Skittles) but by about quarter to 6, I started getting drowsy again. Carmel and I stayed there till quarter past 6 ish, then we wandered to the computer room instead (I saw my seminar-that-I-skipped tutor on the way and nearly died of guilt, ahah bad karma ^^; ). Once on the computer, I finally bought my Nightwish ticket. I'm going to see them with Carmel and Tero on April 4th next year, woot! I left at 7 and waited 15 mins for a bus, freezing my ass off; more bad karma. I did eventually get home though and threw myself in the door for the warmth, lol.
I have since been out again to Tesco, where Transformers was £13.97, so I didn't buy it there. I can definitely get it waaay cheaper than that, bah :/ We got the week's shopping in and then went back to the warmth of home again. I've had a light tea of ryvita with cheese and cheese and onion crisps and am now ready to read/write fanfic. Though I dunno how much longer I'll stay awake, absolutely knackered, lol.
