Well it's been awhile since I updated this thing. I've been so neglectful *hangs head*. :)
Nothing much going on in my neck of the woods.
I have decided this update will once again be dedicated to telling everyone who might chance upon my journal that there's some soccer that needs watching. The Gold Cup begins October 27th in Pasadena. This tournament qualifies the top two teams competing in it for the World Cup. World Cup starts in Fall next year, in case anyone is wondering.
My only complaint about this tournament is Abby isn't going to be there. I think she's tired, which is why she wasn't chosen to play. Instead some little snotnose 17 year old from Jersey was chosen. Go figure.
So anyway, here are the match schedules. The U.S. is in group 1 (there are two groups). All of these matches can be seen on Fox Sports World. Hopefully I'm not the only person on the Eastern seaboard who has it. :)
