Friday was my birthday.  I wasn't feeling very festive.  I went in to the gym around 3 to do Saturday lifting because of a schedule conflict on Saturday evening.

My left shoulder was ginving me some trouble on the last half of the workout.  I think it was just a matter of not enough recovery time.
