Im exhausted and there's no catching up on sleep... I've tried. There's always lots to do, laundry, dishes, vacuum this, pick up that... I never wanted kids. Now I've got him, and he's got 3. How does this work? When they are not here he misses them, while I'm [secretly doing the happy dance]. But I still love him very much, and [they] aren't that bad. It's just a lot! A lot of everything, to remember, to clean, to buy, to do, to 'not to do', to say and how to say it.
Kids are literal about everything whether they say it, or you say it. Say exactly what you mean or you could end up with a mess, when you just wanted stuff clean.
