tonight was eventful. I drove back up to conway because sydney wanted to attempt a séance. once I was in conway, we went to the park, but there were so many cars we left and went to another one outside the city limits...I love Cadron, it was a stop on the trail of tears and something of a graveyard sans tombstones (I think the junipers are superior replacements, though), and its not at all hard to feel watched while you're there. unfortunately, before we could begin, someone pulled up in a pickup truck and fired off two shots with a gun. we left. thereafter we went to the nature reserve and attempted to contact my great grandfather, but only managed to produce an odd shaking-earth sensation and various creaking, hissing wooden noises. we gave up, as I don't make a very good medium (and we were sort of winging it to begin with), and I came home.
in other news, there's a school in seattle that offers a social work degree with a focus in sustainable development...pretty cool stuff.
furthermore, I may do artsy/crafty traveling things with bridget, going to festivals and renaissance faires and selling things there.
dunno. I'm exhausted but I thought I'd update, it's been a while.
