So, I got a job...yay, not
Lol...I got a job on Saturday and it really wasn't an interview at all. It was just, hey I'll explain the things you need to know about getting hired and since you said you could work as soon as today, we'll make ya work! I'm currently working in the Deli Dept. and I'm just guessing they will move me since at times it seems to be a little crowded when a couple of people work there. I worked from 10-2, not including the hour interview at 9 for my first day. It wasn't that bad except for the fact I had to miss going to Jafax with Maribeth. I did not like getting the mac & Cheese because that stuff isss HOTT. I had trouble with the boxes you place the hot items in since I didn't know how to unfold them out to a box, though I figured that out on my 2nd day. 1st day was blehhh, of course since they place me right too it and had to learn as I go. Also, I walked to Maribeth's house since I didn't have a ride after i got done and forgot I had her Cell Number so she probably could have called someone to pick me up. IT WAS A LONGER WALK THEN I THOUGHT...by the time I got on the final stretch of her road, my legs were tired as hell and was dragging them lol..We had some Olive Garden later on, nummy salad & breadsticks. We hardly ever finish our meals off since the two before is alot itself.
On the 2nd day, the longest day, a 8 hour shift from 10-6, I was doing great. Great as in myself not having to ask too much stuff of the people I work with besides I didn't fully understand how to Slice meat but I do now, for the most part. It was a fairly easy day, I didn't mess up too many orders compared to first day, just like 4 people's at most. The only problem I have to complain is that I'm standing...standing for all that time which I'm not use too. For you of you that don't know is that I mostly sit at home on the computer. After walking yesturday, my legs were stabbing the muscles saying I'm going to cut you off! As when I got to maribeths house, I was sorta limping, since the tendin? dunno inbetween my knee on the back, felt like it was n't able to fully stretch out. I don't know how to explain it!! Yeah...We had Scribs, I wasn't hungry but I can't resist the Lemon-pizzaness. I place lemon on the pizza to give i more taste.
Yeah, that's all I have to say and it's sorta messing with the days I have the most time to hang out with Beth, so I'm all rawr about that. So, we'll have to hang out on the weekdays or find something to make up for those lost times!! lol

Tuesday: Free dayy
Wednesday: 12am-8:30pm
Thursday: 3pm-10pm
Friday: Off
Saturday: 9am-5:30pm
Sunday: 5pm-10pm
36 Hours of work! Wooo, ;.;...BNeh, from observations. Majority of people who start get great hours at first then it decreases a ton. I don't expect it too decrease too much but as long as it isn't like 35 hours...more like 25-30 at mosts lol For those days that are in the morning is when I have to figure out how to get to work. Since Beth works til about 4 along with my parents for the most part too. Paul M. is willing to help on the days he can. Beth's brother is taking me today, and I'm trying to figure out Wednesday & Thursday at the moment. I just don't like being an hassle for people due to my job. It just means I'll have to get an license quite soon which I'm dreading about that too.
The Penn. Trip seems to be off, and I got the weekend off already from work and it's coast guard weekend. Busy times, but since I was unaware of that change I may have to ask Rich. the manager, if I can get the LAN party date off since I can say it was an mistake of the schedule. I just didn't want to say I had two weekends in August off back to back so I only asked for one. Despite I'll fill out I need that weekend off anywauys...We'll see!
