The summer is going great!!
So many great things have been happening lately I don't even know where to start. The last couple weeks have been absolutely amazing. Minus the part where I got hit by a car. I have been a godmother for a whole 2 days already to the cutest little boy I have ever seen, Tristan Luke Wilke. I do have to say that the baptism itself was really quiet scary, I had never been to one (other than my own) before so I wasnt sure what to do/ expect and the Reverend didnt help, mainly cause he too was scary and I couldnt understand his accent.
I also have made a ton on of really cool new friends the last few weeks and they are making the summer so much more enjoyable. I have really been enjoying hanging out at MMY's and at Alex's place.
Last Saturday, my day at work started off horrible everything that could go wrong did, our coffee maker was acting up and the lady I was with dropped everything she possibly could. It finaly slowed down there at about 11 and I am standing by the cash register looking out the window, when I see someone poking their head over the row of bushes by the building.I think that is a bit odd, but then think nothing more of it. Well a few minutes later I get a phone call from Alex, asking if I am busy at work right then. And as he finished saying it he walks in the door and visits for a while. :) It totally made my morning so much better.
I am so surprised by how much of the summer is already gone.
I really hope to get to spend some more time with my new friends, but also I hope Jess's schedule slows down a bit so that we can hang out sometime. I am beginning to miss her a lot. (Jess I miss you!!!!)
I am excited for the end of summer too, so I can see all of my friends who went home for the summer. See you all in a few months
