If we would consistency refer to Fully Autonomous Weapons as "Killer Robots", the debate on their use would wrap up fast.

Вот именно. По сравнению с Killer Humans они гарантированно не насилуют и не мародерствуют.

A long time ago, when amusing multi-line email signatures were in fashion, I one saw a signature saying something like "Since the appearance of MS-DOS, there is no new science fiction about robot or computer uprising".

Yeah, I was behind the times it seems.
Coincidentally, I was going to come back and mention that the BBC did a thing on FAW. The podcast title was, in fact,
"killer robots."
