I'm delighted you're sticking with the story! :D I totally agree, I wanted to do so much more with Nexus but I just didn't think there was room for it with a fandom audience. How dumb was that?! Hah! Well, obviously I'd learned better by this point, and I let myself tell the whole story, in as much detail as I wanted, and I am much happier for it. Hopefully you'll think the third story is even better, just the same way this one is better than the first. :)

This fic is fanservice to the max, I have to admit it. *g* Those moments you enjoy were some of my favourite bits, too. In this story (and the next!) I put in a lot of things we RenIchi fans want to see but won't ever get in canon. Lots of wish fulfillment. :) I wanted to have fun with this story, and let it be silly in places just like Bleach is sometimes silly. I wanted to tell a serious story with it, and let it be serious where it needed to be.

It tickles me so much to see someone discovering this series and taking the journey for the first time. I had so much fun following everyone's comments and speculations with each chapter, and I'm feeling all nostalgic now. :)

Shelagh's work has grown much the same way my writing did. The first pics were okay, the next set of pics were good, and they just keep getting better and better until they blow you away. :)

Just FYI, I'd like to try and keep these main posts spoiler-free, so if you make it through the third one and decide to comment, leave it on the final chapter of that story instead? Thanks very much, and I really hope you enjoy the rest of the story! ♥

Yeah, about the comment. I saw what you posted on the third instalment just after I'd posted this comment and I went "whooops!" :p I'll post my comment on the last chapter for sure ;)

I'm rerally loving discovering your stories. I've already bookmarked the three so that I can read them whenever I want! I've read the 2 first chapters of Covenant, and so far I'm really happy! Now, I have to put my laundry away before I can read the rest :p
