Yes, who's feeling like a doofus now. I just spent a reasonable amount of time (15 minutes or so) trying to track down the characters to the Hsin Hsin Ming, which I decided is going to be my next calligraphy project. Problem is, I didn't even know what the characters in the title were (aside from the guess that one of the 'hsin's was undoubtably 心, the other was probably 信 or 思, and that the 'ming' was likely 明). I managed to slip like a ninja through no less than four separate wikipedia portals (English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese) before locating the title, which is, in fact, written: 信心銘.
Only then did it occur to me to check Sacred Texts. Which did, in fact, have it. Blarg.
