After not sleeping for like 50 hrs, I'm posting this, that I wrote right after the concert, and going to take a deserved shower.
Hope you'll enjoy it!
Well, I'm starting to write this at the police station where I'll wait for the bus towards the airport (because I'm a girl and I travel alone two policemen had pity of me XD). I don't have many words other than THIS WAS FUC*ING EPIC.
I'm pretty sure Gackt himself will say it was very very hot. Because it was.
First thing I have to say I had been expecting much more 'violence' but actually apart from some bitchering it was quite a normal concert, except maybe the heat.
Luckily the staff was well organized and kept spraying us with water aaall the time.
There's a thing that got me quite angry: people (a whole bunch) had glowsticks, EVEN if it had been decided they'd be used during Bochum concert... I find this quite unfair, guys.
Oh, and I still have to understand WHY THE HELL you guys keep asking for vanilla. I really don't understand, there are so many so much better songs. Maybe I'm ranting just because I don't like it, i suppose.
The music was't so high so I could manage the whole concert without earplugs... from the fouth row, right in front of the man. I can say that being there can be tiring for the neck and back, but it's well worth it.
Oh, and I'm not really a fit person, but I could manage jumping till the end without having dinner. Fainting wasn't allowed so you can't take that option into consideration, right? Hehe... Maybe this live was different, but I don't understand how people would fall like dead bees at the other concerts... You know that the first rows are going to be harsh, if you faint easily don't even take them into consideration! Just mho, don't want to start an argument.
One thing I loved from this public was that we sung all the songs together! <3 it was awesome because he didn't even have to point the mic to us, as we sung in so many and all together that it could be clearly heard!
I know what you are waiting for, now I'm coming to the point :P
Let's come to him. The Man, God, or any other way you want to call him. This was the first time I have seen him after listening to his music for almost ten years. I prefer standing concerts, and I don't care if people says that YFCz is a 'simpler' tour differently from tours like RRII, for me it was definitely worthy. Maybe not all those years, but anyway awesomeness was the password for the night.
I have to admit that not only I do like the new hair, but also that the silver glitter suits him very well!
The playlist was the usual one (I think? Correct me if I'm wrong), an not knowing at what time it was supposed to start I cannot really tell if it was on time or not.
Secretary's speech was really funny, and all the swearing is there just for that.
So in the end the concert started... Now I'm asking to whose who attended with me ... did he have the katana during zan? Because if yes I really didn't notice it.
The much anticipated strip in Lu:na was preceded by lots of touching and hips and hips and hips. Sorry *cough*.
As usual the shirt was the center of a harsh fighting that ended with some parts of it divided between people.
I later had the chance to smell one piece from a kind girl XD
At this point he was already unsteady on his feet, silly man, and the matter continued and got worse for the songs that followed. For a moment during... Maybe kagero? I thought he would actually fall.
I'm sorry I won't explain about the others because Gackt took ALL my perceptions and senses and attention. I don't even know how to put such emotions into words; he simply overwhelms you with his grandeur and you cannot resist, even if you try. He made a lot of eye contact and I'm pretty sure I got it a couple of times... Breathtaking.
The thing that really differed from the other concerts (for what I've read till now at least) was that after coming back and playing uncontrol, nobody of them would go away from the stage. They all stayed there, Gackt speaking to us his usual lovely words... Through the whole concert he would call us his sisters and family (Gackt, dear, don't take it personally but sister is not the role I would like to have from you) and he said he would definitely come back (he promised many times) and in the end he said he would come back and sing Vanilla, as people kept asking.
He said he loves us and after some more cheering they started leaving the stage, Gackt just before the last, who was Chacha.
They threw many things and JunJi and Chyrolyn came out again to throw things again.
It was a wonderful experience, also thanks to the amazing girls I had the luck to meet, thank you bbs! <3
So, thank you to my Russian dears, my italian dear and my spanish dears. Yes, you're all mine! <3
Oh, and I just noticed I almost forgot... I was there both when they got in to the venue and when they came out; apart from catching Chacha's and Chyrolyn's hands and arms, I was the lucky girl that got Gackt's lemonade bottle directly from his hands..... Yes.
I shared the content with anybody that asked because we were all there together. I'm sorry if the thing was difficult due to me grabbing it obsessively. Gomen, people ^^;
A big thank you goes to the italian girl that gave it back to me after one from the staff of Salamandra snagged it because in Barcelona you can't bring glass bottles outside. Gackt, I got scolded because of you.
Now I'm looking even more forward to Bochum on saturday, even if probably I will enjoy it from a bit further from the stage... I have the feeling it wil have that component of violence this one lacked. I hope this report isn't too messy, and I'm sorry for the very likely english mistakes as I'm quite tired and that in the end I had to wait to be back in Italy and then at home to post this but both the wifi in Girona airport and Bergamo airp. didn't work. :(
Thank you for reading!
