Today was a good day.
I visited my dad and all my siblings came over. My slightly older sister is going to Mexico and afterwards Brazil as part of an educational trip for her international business class. I'm really excited for her. She won't be back for over a year, which will be saddening, but It's such a tremendous opportunity for her that it won't be so bad. She's going places, and none of us could be any prouder.
We had a barbeque royale to boot. Burgers and chicken and potato salad to beat the band. 'Twas a shindig to top all shindigs. I'll be staying my dad's house for a little while, so it'll be a nice chance to catch up with my family that I don't see that often.
