I'll never tire of Halloween. The day when the veil between our world and that of the supernatural is at its thinnest, allowing spirits from beyond to interact with us as they see fit.
Or at least that's how I'll phrase it to my future kids. :D
Party at the nearby reservation. If Native Americans can do anything, it's party. They had a fantastic spread there, with numerous treats and plenty of goodies and games. Afterwards, I went on a small trick-or-treating spree. Although late night trick-or-treating is relatively hit-or-miss, those people still awake generally hand out bucketfulls of candy. It's like a clearance sale, but with candy, and no exchanging of money. Yeah.
I went as a Dead Presidents robber. If you haven't seen the film, I very highly recommend it. Ultimately, I was shocked at how little a role a big-ticket actor like Martin Sheen played in it. Still, a bitchin' movie. Those who've seen it will understand the costume: Jeans, black turtleneck, black jacket, white facepaint with black around the eyes and on the lips, skullcap. Very righteous getup.
