I don't even know what happened...
I just cannot keep up with this thing. The past few weeks (or however long it's been since my last post) have been insanely busy. I'm now working full-time at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in their therapeutic family care department. It's pretty cool so far and everyone is really nice. We'll see. The only thing that sucks is that almost all fun sites are blocked (including both of my web-based e-mail accounts) so I have no access to e-mail or many other cool things.
When not working, I've been helping Bovie move and fix up the house. We re-did the walls and are in the process of getting the hardwood floors liveable after being covered for 40 years. It's gonna look awesome when it's done, though. And I'm getting a kiddie pool for the yard because it is SO freaking hot in Baltimore.
I'm currently at a stand-still regarding my future. I was accepted to CUNY School of Law last month, but turned them down because I honestly can't afford to take out $90-100,000 in loans for three years of school, on top of what I already have. Still haven't even heard back from Cardozo or Maryland, but I'm not sure I can afford to go anywhere in the fall. And that sucks because I miss school tremendously and I sorta feel like I'm wasting my life away. They should f-ing pay ME to go to law school.
And um, oh yeah. Bovie and I were in NY last weekend to see Morrissey (and friends). It kicked ass and his new album came out yesterday and he's going to be on Craig Kilborn every night next week and I'm so excited. I'm also going to try to get tickets to Lollapalooza this year, where not only will I see Moz, but I can see Sonic Youth and PJ too. Yes.
