Today....is an EPIC day.....
Friends, after the almost 6 years of employ at the Target Corporation, I, Jenn of Eugene and all things shiny, hereby gave my two weeks notice on this thundery day of March 30, 2006. A euphoric feeling of liberation has stirred within me. I notice that I have been smiling at nothing at all, and I realize that I can remove the giant weight that has been loaded onto my shoulders for as long as i can remember.

I have gotten a promotion at my other job, a raise of nearly 2 dollars. I will be attending class this term. As i drove home today after this historic moment in my life, Pink Floyd's "time" was playing on the radio. Ahhhhh, what a fitting peice of music for me to hear. Now I exhale, and continue smiling for the rest of the evening. A toast to my soon-to-be-new-found-freedom!
