Many blogworthy things have happened or are happening: trip to Erlensee/Konstanz/Zürich, two members of our theater group are getting married, getting a job at the Games Convention, studying for my mega-final exams, progressing substantially in my Japanese studies, soon moving in with Mirko for our last weeks/months in Leipzig, plausible results from my experiment, Leipzig's first Straßentheater ever, delicious oatmeal, observing Ekadasi, my sister kicking ass in Miami-Dade College, Mirko's ever-lasting job-slash-grad-school hunt.
But what got me up off my ass to blog was the following: there was absolutely perfect weather yesterday. Yes, perfect is the only word to describe it. Mirko and I took my most prized possession, a most wonderful picnic basket given to me by a most wonderful person, and had ourselves a relaxing time in the Friedenspark. It really is the small things in life that bring the most pleasure.
