Ever have one of those days?

Life never ceases to surprise me. I've been at my current job for a little over a year now. I like it there. It's easy. Low stress. Great product. Awesome co-workers. Plans have always been to move on up in the company. So whodathunk that another awesome job offer would come my way?! Totally out of the blue. I'm not looking for a different job. Now I have all this conflict inside. Weighing the pros and cons of both scenarios. It's really an awesome offer. Close to home. Management. Better hours of operation. I don't know what to do.

Any advice?
