Repeating lessons in taking care of self

I think my stress and personal-crap has caught up with me. Too many days of tired, sad, fitful sleep and fog that seem to be a familiar pattern. I'm having my endocrinologist do the thyroid test this week (as opposed to the next one due in July) to see if the TSH has spiked again. Since Hashimoto's is an autoimmune disease, it can be susceptible to changes in stress levels. And the more tired I get, the harder it is to exercise to get clear it out. Stupid loops!! It's not easy working in a FOG, but at least one woman here also has a thyroid thing and "gets it".
Hopefully I'll know by Tuesday if my instinct on this is correct. I'd like this fixed now, I have studies and golf and birding and hiking and dancing and more I want to do this spring. Not just take a nap.

In the meantime, I'm walking just a bit in the evenings and I'm skipping the morning alarm since I'm waking up early (and tired) everyday anyway. A weekend of warm weather should be Good Healing Energy (for anyone not a vampire, of course).
