FREEEBIRRRRD!
How many times has this been screamed out at any concert? Well, last night, I was able to scream this out and ACTUALLY get the request.
Last night's Lynyrd Skynard concert at Wolf Trap was fun even with the rain. Mother nature provided the light show for a while there. I bet the screaming drunks were louder than the thunderclaps though. (if I had a sound meter or something like that). I let my 'closet rocker' self out to party for a while and remember the days of living in Watertown, MA with Tim and Ed.
I'm not sure I will get with the new trend of holding up Cell Phones instead of lighters. But hey, I guess it means fewer people are smoking.
And oh yeah, "Sold Out' at Wolf Trap can actually mean 'standing room only', even on the lawn. I'm off to find more advil for these old bones. (because it's 2006 and I don't live with Tim and Ed any more)
