Is it just me, or do the various noises that Woodruff sometimes makes sound a little like Wall-E's vocalizations?

Yeah I ended up downloading Woodruff from abadonware-paradise but it's in .bin and .cue files which means I have to burn it onto a disc. Hope it works, don't want to spend £10 on blank media for nothing. I've never had much luck with these things.

I'm in the UK, and eBay and Amazon aren't much good since I can only really find the products on the USA sites and then I'm spending loads on postage.
I don't like dealing with torrents either as I could never get my utorrent to work in the slightest. My connection was just appaulling and it would tell me that every torrent was going to take two weeks to download even if it was healthy. Turned out my internet port wasn't open properly and I needed to forward it, found a site that told me in detail how to do it and after 5 tries it still didn't work so I just point blank gave up with the program.

And I know what you mean about Discworld being difficult to run. Downloaded both those games as well and am trying to run them through DOSBox. Got Discworld 1 going but alas with no sound and I can't for the life of me figure out why and Discworld 2 won't budge cos it keeps saying it can't locate a CD. Such a shame.

Thanks for the links though, I'll check them out.

You're welcome.

By the way, you don't necessarily have to burn a .bin or a .cue file to a CD. If you've got the hard drive space, you can just mount the file using DAEMON Tools and run the game straight from your hard drive.
